What does our village actually pay?+
Active household count × ₱5 × 12 months, billed once a year. A 200-HH village pays ₱12,000/year. A 500-HH village pays ₱30,000/year. No setup fee. No per-seat charge. No upgrade tier.
Do residents pay anything?+
No. The HOA pays a single subscription; residents use everything for free.
What about visitors?+
Visitors don't need an account or an app. They get a link, they show the QR to the guard. That's it. Free, forever.
Can we cancel?+
Yes. Annual contracts auto-renew but cancel any time before renewal. We export your data on request.
What hardware do we need?+
A guard phone or tablet (you probably already have one). For automatic barrier control, a ~₱2,000 Shelly relay per gate. Nothing else.
What about SMS costs for OTPs?+
Pass-through at cost. Roughly ₱0.50 per OTP via Semaphore. A typical village spends ₱200-500/month on SMS.
Will you increase prices?+
If we ever do, we'll honor your current rate for the rest of your contract. The flat per-household model is the point of the product.
How is this different from what we use now?+
Most PH HOA software handles one thing well (usually visitors). We ship the visitor flow plus dues, elections, amenity bookings, announcements, passports, and plate wave-off — all built together, not bolted on.
